Mixing in their percussive undertones and synth effects, HEALTH has created the stirring sounds that reflect Maxâ??s gnarly mental state. They discard conventional balanced compositions and inject their signature melancholy noise pop into a score that adjusts between Max Payne 3â??s transitions of real-time and flashbacks to cut-scenes and gunplay, giving each their own feel."
